This little girl was FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE. She had to live with the fact that she would die sooner than most. This beautiful little child has more heart than anyone. She got to meet her hero, and I thank Selena Gomez everyday for fulfilling Hana’s wishes. <3

One of Selena Gomez biggest fan died today from her rare illness. Hana Hwang is a 13 year girl that died from a illness that speed up the life of children. Many children with this illness will die very young. Hana was staying at the children Hospital were she got a visit from Selena Gomez. Hana made Selena a bracelet and Selena kept it and wore it on stage for her concerts. Hana Hwang death is top trending on twitter. R.I.P. Hana Hwang.
